Calvin Klein stores within PVH Corporation are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead daily operations with energy and a customer‑first mindset. You will drive sales, coach team members, and uphold brand standards across London retail locations.

You will guide staff on product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store processes while maintaining a positive, inclusive environment that reflects PVH's values and the Calvin Klein brand.

• Previous supervisory or specialist experience in premium/luxury brands.
• People management experience with conflict resolution ability.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations to maximise customer service, sales and profit.
• Support management with personnel, product & merchandising and store performance.
• Participate in weekly management and staff meetings.
• Communicate promotions clearly to staff.
• Drive sales targets by motivating the team and delivering a great store journey.
• Maintain a positive, fair store experience for customers and colleagues.
• Assist in delivering business strategy with consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Achieve personal sales targets and monitor metrics like sales per hour and units per transaction.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties including opening/closing and floor management.
• Focus on building relationships with customers and delivering unparalleled service.
