Job summary

Clarks Outlet in Taunton is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail team. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage daily operations including opening/closing, stock, and cash handling.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for retail, and the ability to recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve targets. Flexible scheduling and weekend work are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in retail.
• Passion for retail with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate the team.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic Office tools.
