Job summary

Clarks in Northampton is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service in a busy retail environment.

You will oversee daily operations, recruit and develop staff, manage inventory, and monitor KPIs to improve revenue. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays and a passion for retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a retail environment.
• A passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate your team.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
