Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Store Manager in Northampton to lead a busy retail store, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage inventory and cash handling, and motivate a team to meet targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and hands-on experience with POS systems and standard office tools. Weekend availability is expected in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
