Job summary

CLARK'S in Northampton is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, drive sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will oversee daily operations, recruitment, scheduling, and KPI analysis to optimise performance.

This role requires a proven track record in retail management, strong leadership skills, and the flexibility to cover a 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays. Join a brands legacy in footwear retail.
