Job summary

Clark's Cambridge store is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee daily operations, recruit and develop staff, manage stock, and monitor KPIs to maximize revenue while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a retail environment.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic Office tools.
