Job summary

CLARK'S is seeking a Store Manager in Southampton to lead and develop the store team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will oversee daily operations, open/close procedures, inventory, merchandising and cash handling.

You will recruit, train and schedule colleagues, monitor KPIs, analyse sales data and implement strategies to boost revenue. A proven retail management track record, strong leadership and excellent communication are essential, along with flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a retail environment, leading a team in a fast-paced setting.
• A passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate your team.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
