Job summary

Clarks in Taunton is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy retail team and drive excellent customer service.

You will oversee daily operations, develop your team, monitor KPIs, and implement sales growth strategies while working a 7-day shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a retail environment.
• Passion for retail with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate your team.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
