Overview

This role focuses on maximising sales and profit in store while ensuring the highest standards of presentation and customer service, with the aim of making the store the best in town for customers to visit and for colleagues to work in.

You will be an experienced people manager who is creative and resourceful, able to generate loyalty from customers, donors and colleagues. You will need to be well organised with strong communication skills to lead your team in store to maximise sales, achieve targets and uphold our standards.

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a people manager with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team to achieve sales targets and uphold excellent customer service.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and safeguarding-related recruitment processes as part of Barnardo's policy (consent to a Basic criminal records check will be required for successful candidates).
