Job summary

Ace & Tate is seeking a Store Manager in Central London to lead a busy retail team and deliver excellent customer service while driving sales targets.

You will recruit, onboard, and train staff, manage daily operations, and guide customers through the eye test journey, with hands-on optical knowledge and precise lens adjustments. 40 hours per week, salary in the £35,550–£51,000 range and a generous bonus scheme.

What we offer

• £35,550 – £51,000 per year based on full-time, plus up to 16% monthly bonus when store targets are reached.
  Salary offered within this range depends on experience.
