Responsibilities
- Providing the highest levels of customer service goes without saying: coach and guide your store teams to ensure everyone provides an excellent customer experience during every interaction.
- Your leadership will be the cornerstone of the store's success, having the right people in the right place at the right time.
- Care for our colleagues: create a safe environment for your team and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
- Work shoulder to shoulder to lead the team around you, knowing that is what gets you up in the morning.
- Develop people through upward growth, internal opportunities, or developing their current role.
- Protect the pounds (and euros): guide a team that is passionate about our goals and ensure they understand how they contribute to commercial objectives.
- Take a strategic approach to sales, shrink, and service, ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK and Ireland.
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory or management role, including team leadership and performance management.
- Confidence in managing store operations, including stock control, cash handling, and maintaining store standards.
- Experience driving store performance by leading a team to achieve key KPIs (sales targets, waste reduction, customer service scores) and using sales data to improve results and managing budgets to maximise profitability.
