A luxury fashion brand seeks a Store Manager for its upcoming London flagship. As an ambassador for the brand, you will lead the team, drive sales, and create an exceptional client experience. A successful candidate will have at least 5 years of luxury retail experience, a track record of effective team leadership, and a passion for craftsmanship and design. As Store Manager, you are the ambassador of the Maison and guardian of its values. You lead with purpose and clarity — combining commercial expertise with emotional intelligence.
Your mission is to create a refined environment that inspires both clients and team members.
Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team aligned with Aurélien’s values.
Conduct regular coaching to enhance clienteling, styling, and service excellence.
Foster deep, lasting relationships with key clients and VIPs.
Set the tone for personalised, story-driven service in every interaction.
Drive sales and profitability through strategic KPI management and data insight.
Analyse performance trends and share regular reports with HQ.
Oversee all aspects of store operations : stock control, deliveries and compliance.
Maintain pristine visual standards in line with Aurélien’s understated aesthetic.
Oversee CRM strategy and encourage your team to build meaningful client portfolios.
Personally maintain and grow your own network of loyal clients.
Organise in-store events, private appointments, and local partnerships that elevate brand visibility and client loyalty.
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, including management responsibility
Proven track record in leading, motivating, and developing teams
Existing portfolio of loyal clients is a strong advantage
Deep understanding of clienteling and personalised service
Fluent in English; Arabic or Mandarin is a plus
Confident, polished, and emotionally intelligent communicator
Passion for refined aesthetics, craftsmanship, and timeless design
