Retail Store Manager – Pandora

The store manager is our brand ambassador and responsible for the store's overall commercial success. You will be responsible for managing the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants, supporting them in creating special memories for our customers. Salary £33,500 – £38,500 p.a. with bonus potential £2–10k p.a.

What to Expect From the Role
  • Support and motivate the in‑store team daily to achieve store targets, identify and maximise opportunities to exceed KPIs, and set an example of exemplary Pandora customer service.
  • Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back‑of‑house activities support the store's successful commercial execution.
  • Be trained thoroughly to become a Pandora product expert, nurture and develop your team to unlock their full potential, and support their succession planning.
  • Manage daily operations, including team management, store standards, stock management, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience driving sales and profitability in a store.
  • Passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service.
  • Understanding of Pandora's local and global business strategy and the ability to translate it into the delivery of store, regional and division KPIs.
  • Experience using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and the ability to act to deliver opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high‑performing team.
  • Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
  • Positive, can‑do attitude with contagious enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
  • Well‑presented appearance with a taste for desirable products.
