Job summary

Anthropologie in Oxford is seeking a senior Store Manager to lead operations, sales and customer experience at the 6-7 High St location. You will drive store performance, coach the management team and ensure best-in-class service, merchandising and safety standards.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in retail leadership, strong people development skills and a passion for Anthropologie culture and customer delight.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior management role in a fast paced, creative retail environment.
• Ability to positively impact results in sales, payroll and stock loss.
• Proven record of developing a Management team and talented individuals.
• Can demonstrate the ability to identify problems and implement creative solutions.
• An appreciation and understanding of the Anthropologie culture and its market appeal.

Responsibilities

• Strategically recruit, train and develop managers to increase productivity.
• Develop management team to ensure succession planning for growth.
