Qualifications

• Experience in a senior management role within a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to positively impact results in sales, payroll and stock loss.
• Proven track record of developing a Management team and talented individuals.
• Ability to identify problems and implement creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop managers to increase day-to-day productivity.
• Develop Management team for succession planning and growth.
• Manage performance development processes for a productive workforce.
• Uphold company standards and lead by example to motivate the team.
• Lead store goals and communicate clear targets to the team.
• Oversee customer service and store operations to ensure a positive environment.
• Plan and execute Visual merchandising and stock replenishment to maintain presentation.
