You will oversee omni-channel service, events, and training programs, while partnering with store leadership to develop talent and maintain brand standards across visual and service initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role within a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
• Proven ability to impact sales, payroll, and stock loss.
• Track record of developing a team and nurturing talent.
• Ability to identify problems and implement creative scheduling, organisation, and back-of-house solutions.
• Understanding of Anthropologie culture and market appeal.

Responsibilities
