Anthropologie Europe in Oxford is seeking a senior store leader to drive an exceptional store experience across operations, sales and customer service. You will set strategic goals, oversee visual merchandising, inventory control and build a high-performing team.

You will recruit and coach managers, implement training, and partner with the Visual Manager to maintain a compelling shop floor. The role emphasizes profitability, loss prevention and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales, payroll, and stock controls.
• Track record of developing management talent and succession planning.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop managers to increase day-to-day productivity.
• Lead and develop the management team to ensure succession planning for future growth.
• Oversee performance development, coaching and disciplinary actions for a productive workforce.
• Uphold company standards and act as a strong leader and role model.
• Communicate store and company goals and lead change to evolve the retail experience.
• Roll out new training and operational initiatives across the store.
• Partner with Visual Manager to plan merchandising and floor moves effectively.
• Drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and monitor store profitability.
