URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc.'s Anthropologie team in Liverpool seeks a senior store leader to drive a high-performing, culture-driven operation.

You will oversee store teams, sales, service, visual merchandising and loss prevention while developing talent and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

This role requires strategic thinking, coaching, and hands-on leadership to inspire the team and strengthen community relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior management role in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
• Ability to positively impact sales, payroll and stock loss.
• Proven track record of developing management teams and talented individuals.
• Can demonstrate the ability to identify problems and implement creative solutions (back of house, scheduling, organization).
• An appreciation and understanding of the Anthropologie culture and its market appeal.

Responsibilities

• Strategically recruit, train and develop managers to increase day-to-day productivity.
• Assist with development of Management team for succession planning and growth.
• Manage performance development (appraisals, development plans, coaching, counseling).
• Uphold company standards and serve as a strong, positive role model.
• Lead store goals, communicate objectives, and drive change and initiatives.
• Roll out new training and operational initiatives across the store.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally; motivate teams for customer care.
• Collaborate with Visual Manager to plan merchandising and shop floor activity.
• Oversee customer service and operations to maintain a positive store environment.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and protect employees and customers.
