URBN, owner of Anthropologie, seeks a senior store leader in Oxford to guide the team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will shape the store culture, drive sales, and manage operations with a focus on service, merchandising, and team development.

You will recruit and coach managers, implement new training, and ensure risk, loss prevention and health & safety standards are upheld while inspiring a high-performance workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior management role within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop managers and staff.
• Strong communication skills and leadership presence.
• Expertise in store operations, merchandising, and loss prevention.
