• Recruit, train and develop store managers to increase day-to-day productivity.
• Support the Store Manager to achieve sales, service, profitability and loss prevention goals.
• Coach and mentor teams, conduct performance appraisals and development plans.
• Lead by example to uphold Anthropologie standards and culture.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, customer service and health & safety.
