Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a customer-facing sales environment.
• Minimum 3 years in retail store management.
• Confident in engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated by achieving results from customer interaction and athletic products.
• Resourceful and versatile in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills for problem analysis and financial considerations.
• High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust.
