Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• At least 1 year of retail supervisor experience.
• Confident engaging customers to deliver elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results from interacting with customers and athletic products.
• Initiates completion of tasks without supervision.
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate your team to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about products and collaborating with colleagues.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual and operational expectations.
• Maintain personal and team productivity goals.
• Uphold quality and productivity of every store aspect.
• Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership.
• Learn and share product knowledge and trends to meet customer needs.
• Maintain awareness of current or upcoming product trends.
