Job summary

The North Face in Leeds is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead from the front and drive consumer experience in our store. You will support store management and sales associates to deliver excellent service and achieve store KPIs.

As part of the VF family, you will help maintain high standards of merchandising and operations while embodying our guiding principles. This is a full-time, in-store position based in Leeds.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in opening and closing a store and taking responsibility when needed.
• Retail background with fashion or lifestyle experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Ensure the store looks great and follows brand visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure operational policies and procedures are followed.
• Understand store KPIs and help achieve them.
