Job summary

schuh is seeking a Store Manager for our Kids store in Leeds, White Rose. You will lead a team to deliver the best possible shopping journey for children and their guardians, coaching for product knowledge, fit and care while driving KPIs and profitability.

You will recruit, train and develop staff, set goals, and manage store operations including displays and liaising with Head Office. A passion for retail and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Experience in managing a team and coaching staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Strong focus on KPIs, sales, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences for kids and parents.
• Coach and train colleagues to exceed product knowledge, fit and care expectations.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new talent; set goals and drive KPIs.
• Manage store operations, visual merchandising and commercial decisions within guidelines.
• Liaise with Head Office departments as needed and promote schuh values.
