Job summary

lululemon in Cambridge is seeking a Key Leader to join the store leadership team. You will guide Educators, drive guest experience, and oversee daily operations on the retail floor, using KPIs and store metrics to set priorities.

You will coach and develop teammates, ensure product knowledge, manage omnichannel programs, and move dynamically to meet business needs while maintaining the luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of Right to Work documentation (EMEA only)

Responsibilities

• Provide store leadership to the team, including planning coverage and ensuring efficient operations.
• Support team members by coaching, recognizing performance, and guiding career development.
• Develop and disseminate product and company knowledge across the team.
