Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Key Leader to join our store leadership team in Manchester. You will guide Educators, enhance guest experiences, and oversee daily store operations, using KPIs to drive performance and adjust to daily challenges.

The role emphasizes coaching, inclusivity, and collaboration to deliver exceptional service and maintain a luxury store environment. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide salesfloor leadership to team members and ensure efficient operations.
• Deliver excellent guest experience and support omnichannel programs.
• Lead by example, coach and mentor Educators, and manage performance.
• Coordinate with team to maintain product presentation and store standards.
• Open/close the store according to checklists and ensure safety policies.
