Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead on the UK retail floor to supervise, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily sales through exceptional customer experiences.

You will participate in opening/closing routines, operate POS systems, fulfill omni-channel orders, and maintain visual displays. The role requires Saturday/Sunday availability and potential peak-hour increases.

Qualifications

• Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience- At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate effective communication and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, assertive, and take initiative.
• Demonstrate adaptability and balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory.
