Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead in Liverpool to support store leadership on the floor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure exceptional customer experiences and daily sales performance.

The role emphasizes coaching, visual merchandising, and inventory discipline while maintaining a strong customer focus and brand standards. The position is part-time with a flexible schedule and weekend presence required in the UK retail environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience of at least 1 year preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Maintain strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate effective communication and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Be energetic, proactive and adaptable with multitasking ability.

Responsabilidades

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate POS and handle OMNI channel orders.
