Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Key Lead to ensure quality in-store customer experiences by acting as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales achievements.

The role involves opening/closing routines, POS operation, OMNI channel fulfillment, product knowledge, and visual display management, with a focus on strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience of at least 1 year preferred.
• No supervisory/management experience required.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and fashion trend awareness.
• Energetic, outgoing and assertive; take initiative and show confidence.
