Qualifications

• Experience in a management role within a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
• Ability to positively impact results in sales, payroll and stock loss.
• Proven track record of developing a team and talented individuals.
• Identify problems and implement creative solutions (back of house, scheduling, organisation).
• Appreciation and understanding of the Anthropologie brand and market appeal.

Responsibilities

• Selling culture: lead and empower the team to drive sales and metrics using KPIs.
• Omni-Channel Service: teach the team to provide a frictionless customer experience using technology to transact, upsell and engage clients.
• In-Store Styling: equip associates to deliver elevated shopping experiences through personalised service.
• Events and Gatherings: plan and execute store events to build customer relationships and drive sales.
• CEM leadership: oversee training and accountability of the CEM program creating a service-first culture.
• Stylist program: drive styling initiatives and mentor staff in client relations.
• Talent prioritisation: assist in hiring and developing top talent for succession; onboard new hires.
• Service and selling education: host regular fit sessions and workshops to develop selling and styling skills.
