Job summary

Anthropologie is seeking a store leadership role in Richmond upon Thames to champion a culture of creativity and exceptional customer service. You will mentor staff, recruit and train associates, and drive sales through strong leadership and brand standards.

You will implement store initiatives, analyse performance, and ensure a positive shopping environment while upholding health and safety policies and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to train and develop associates to meet service expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to recruit and hire staff and act as a role model.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training and development of new and existing associates.
• Build relationships with peers and work collaboratively toward goals.
• Lead by example to communicate store and company goals.
• Utilise sales reports to track and communicate performance results.
• Support the Management Team in planning department initiatives.
• Manage shop floor to maintain high service levels and a positive environment.
• Assist with stock transfers, markdowns, and order processing.
• Uphold health and safety procedures.
