Job summary

Sainsbury's Limited is seeking a Customer Experience Manager at our Lisburn Sprucefield Store. You will oversee end-to-end customer experience, from checkout to back-of-house operations, and manage all aspects of the front-end team, ensuring service standards meet our customer commitments.

In this role you will lead performance discussions, conduct disciplinaries where needed, and schedule staff to maintain smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Obsessed with customers and service, coaching a team to do the same.
• Delivers KPIs or other performance indicators.
• Can manage disciplinaries, performance issues or other employee relations matters.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the overall customer experience across the store from checkout to back of house.
• Manage the front-end checkout operation to serve customers effectively.
• Oversee operations in the petrol station where applicable.
• Lead and develop the team, manage performance, scheduling and pay accuracy.
• Occasionally assume overall store responsibility to direct colleagues and deliver for customers.
