Job summary

Sainsbury's Coleraine store is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our store operations and customer service excellence. You will drive the end-to-end customer experience from checkout to back-of-house, while coaching a team to uphold our high standards.

In this role you will manage KPI delivery, develop staff performance, and sometimes take overall responsibility for running the store to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers at Coleraine.

Qualifications

• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Truly obsessed with customers and service, and coaches a team to do the same.
• Leads operations and delivers on KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the overall customer experience across the store from checkout to back of house.
• Managing the front-end checkout operation to meet customer expectations.
• Overseeing operations in the petrol station (if present).
• People management including performance coaching, disciplinary matters, scheduling and pay accuracy.
• Occasionally taking overall responsibility for running the store and guiding colleagues to deliver for customers.
