Job summary

The Range is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to help lead our busy Newtownabbey store. You will work with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain high store standards and coach colleagues to perform at their best.

As Duty Manager you will oversee daily operations, drive strong service levels, manage health and safety, and support promotional activity while ensuring stock and processes run smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory, team leader or management experience.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving ability.
• Hands-on and flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a friendly, helpful and efficient customer experience at all times.
• Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and support effective queue management.
• Oversee daily store operation across customer service, merchandising, health & safety and team performance.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to colleagues and ensure policies are followed.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and maintain store standards.
