The Range in Ballymena is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy store, delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining high standards of merchandising and store presentation. You will lead from the front, coaching colleagues, managing queues at peak times, and ensuring health and safety, stock control and policy compliance are followed consistently.

• Ensure adherence to health & safety and company policies.
