The Range is seeking a Duty Manager to drive exceptional customer service and smooth store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead daily tasks, motivate colleagues and ensure high standards of presentation and stock control.

We value hands-on leadership, proactive problem solving and a genuine ability to inspire teams across all areas of the store.

Formación

• Experience in retail supervision or team leadership.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, efficient customer experiences at all times.
• Lead by example and coach store colleagues.
• Assist with training, induction and development.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising and stock availability.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and security procedures.
• Monitor pricing and EPOS accuracy.
• Promote a positive, collaborative working environment.
