Job summary

The Range in Dundee is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, coach colleagues and uphold store standards. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager to ensure a smooth, friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory, team leader or management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a friendly, helpful and efficient customer experience and lead by example.
• Support and coach store colleagues, with training and development.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised store standards and review stock movement.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, health & safety and compliance.
