Job summary

The Range is seeking a proactive Duty Manager at our Telford store to support daily operations, coach teams and uphold high standards of service. You will work with the Store Manager to ensure excellent customer experiences and efficient store performance.

You’ll lead by example in a fast-paced environment, maintaining policy adherence, stock control and a welcoming in-store atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory, team leader or management experience.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving ability.
