Job summary

The Range is looking for a proactive Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy store in Greenock. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain high store standards and support colleagues to perform at their best.

As Duty Manager you will oversee daily operations, lead on customer service, merchandising, compliance and health & safety, and help coach your team to meet KPIs in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory, team leader or management experience.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving ability.
• The ability to motivate and support colleagues.
• A hands-on and flexible approach.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a friendly, helpful and efficient customer experience at all times.
• Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and manage queue flow.
• Support, motivate and guide store colleagues with coaching and development.
• Ensure store standards are clean, merchandised well and stock availability is maintained.
• Support security, health & safety procedures and risk assessments.
