Job summary

The Range is seeking an experienced Duty Manager for our Connswater store in Belfast. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, coach colleagues, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding store standards.

In this fast-paced retail role you will lead from the front, manage customer flow, assist with stock and promotions, and help maintain health & safety and policy compliance across the store.

Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory, team leader or management experience.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and deliver high standards of customer service.
• Lead and coach shop floor colleagues, adjusting to peak periods.
• Support merchandising, stock control and promotions.
• Ensure health & safety and cash/stock controls are followed.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and end-of-day checks.
