The Range is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to support the daily operation of our busy retail store in Newtownabbey. You will lead from the front, coach teams and ensure outstanding customer experiences while maintaining store standards.

With a focus on service, merchandising, safety and process discipline, you will drive performance and help create a positive, productive store environment for colleagues and customers alike.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising retail teams or leading salesfloors.
• Strong customer service focus and guest interaction skills.
• Excellent communication, coaching and feedback abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and resolve issues in a fast-paced store.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations to maintain high service standards.
• Lead colleagues on the shop floor, coach and develop staff.
• Ensure merchandising, stock, hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Support with opening/closing procedures and cash controls.
