Sainsbury’s is looking for store colleagues to join our teams across the UK. You will deliver friendly, helpful service, assist customers, and keep shelves tidy and well-presented.

You’ll use digital tools to enhance the experience and support stock management, including moving products to the correct store locations and sharing knowledge of promotions. Join a busy, seasonal environment that values teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service.
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience.
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location.
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers.
