Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking a Team Member for a 24‑hour weekly pattern to help run the store smoothly and deliver a fantastic customer experience. You will join a friendly, proactive team that values curiosity, imagination and teamwork, and you will be responsible for learning products, assisting customers, and supporting daily store operations.

The role emphasises strong service, great communication and a positive, can‑do attitude, with responsibilities across stock, shop floor, and sales

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer, meeting service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge.
• Communicate clearly with the team.
• Participate in training and contribute to team sessions.
• Own tasks and set a positive example for the team.
• Follow stock deliveries, health and safety standards, and stock takes.
• Maintain store housekeeping and back of house areas.
• Support other stores when needed.
• Monitor sales targets and performance against company figures.
• Be aware of product best-sellers to drive sales growth.
