Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking a Team Member for a 12 hour weekly shift in our Watford store. You will help deliver a fantastic customer experience, maintain product knowledge and support daily store operations.

You'll work closely with the team to provide friendly service, keep the store looking great, and contribute to hitting sales targets. We value kindness, teamwork and a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail setting.
• Strong communication and listening skills with customers and teammates.
• Ability to work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Knowledge of OB products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge.
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in training opportunities and contribute positively to team sessions.
• Embrace ownership of tasks and set a good example for others.
• Adhere to operational practices and procedures (stock deliveries, health and safety, stock takes).
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store, including back of house areas.
• Support other stores where needed.
• Be aware of store sales targets and performance versus targets.
