Job summary

Oliver Bonas is seeking a Team Member to support daily store operations with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience. You will maintain product knowledge, communicate effectively with the team, and contribute to a well-run store environment.

Ideal candidates are friendly, organised and proactive, with a willingness to learn and assist across shifts. The role requires working key days across the week and adapting to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge.
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in all training opportunities provided and contribute positively to team sessions.
• Embrace ownership of tasks, setting a good example for the rest of the team.
• Adhere to operational practices and procedures, including stock deliveries and stock takes.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and stockroom areas.
• Support other stores where needed.
• Be aware of store sales targets and performance versus figures.
