Job summary

Oliver Bonas is hiring a part-time Team Member (16 hours) to deliver an exceptional customer experience in-store. You will build product knowledge, communicate with teammates, and participate in training while supporting stock and store operations.

The role requires a friendly, proactive approach, strong organisational skills and a willingness to contribute to a positive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great customer experience delivering on service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge.
• Communicate clearly with the team.
• Participate in training and contribute to team sessions.
• Own tasks responsibly and model good behaviour.
• Follow stock deliveries, health and safety standards, stock takes and replenishment.
• Keep store housekeeping high and support other stores when needed.
• Be aware of sales targets and store performance.
