Job summary

A leading surveying company is seeking Surveyors to perform Stock Condition Surveys and RdSAP Assessments in London. The role is outside of IR35 and involves surveying over 500 properties, including houses, flats, and blocks. All necessary tools, such as ID badges and property lists, will be provided, ensuring efficient work across various locations in and around Tonbridge Wells and Medway.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting Stock Condition Surveys.
• Knowledge of RdSAP Assessments.
• Ability to manage multiple properties effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Stock Condition Surveys on various properties.
