Govia Thameslink Railway Ltd. is recruiting at Polegate for a Salespoint Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service across our stations. You will be the first and last point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right tickets and promoting our products and promotions.

The role requires living locally, reliable transport for early shifts, and the ability to stand during shifts. You’ll contribute to a safe, welcoming station environment while supporting colleagues and customers
