Job summary

Southeastern in Tonbridge is seeking Passenger Services staff to help make every journey a better experience. You’ll assist passengers, manage gatelines, and keep stations clean and welcoming across platforms and ticket offices.

No railway experience is required; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. A full driving licence and ability to travel between depots as needed will help you succeed in this varied role.

Qualifications

• No railway experience required.
• We welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
• Must be able to commute within a 40 minute radius of Tonbridge Station without relying on public transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide top‑notch customer service and follow safety protocols.
• Assist passengers at gatelines and help them navigate the station.
• Keep stations clean and welcoming for all customers.
• Sell tickets and promote activities across our rail network.
• Conduct regular safety and security checks.
