Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all HR activity as the standalone HR expert.
  • Build and implement effective HR processes, policies, and frameworks.
  • Coach and upskill managers on people management, ER, and legal compliance.
  • Drive and deliver the company's people plan.
  • Support organisational growth, including workforce planning and change activity.
  • Provide hands-on support across ER, recruitment, onboarding, performance, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the leadership team.
